Getting started

How It Works

From unboxing to live content in minutes. No technical expertise required.

Setup steps

  1. Choose your player

Pick the Alliance Media Player that fits your screen. The 1080p model covers most deployments; the 4K Plus handles multi-zone canvases and 4K video walls. Already have hardware? The platform runs on Android, Windows, Linux, BrightSign, Tizen and webOS too.

Alliance Player from $85 · Alliance Player Plus (4K) from $155 · Free with any annual plan

  2. Plug in and connect

Connect the player to your screen via HDMI, power it up and join your Wi-Fi or run an Ethernet cable. The player boots, calls home and registers itself automatically — no on-site engineer, no port forwarding required.

Outbound-only traffic · No inbound ports · Works on any network

  3. Build your content

Log into the cloud dashboard and pick from 800+ free templates or start from scratch with the drag-and-drop layout editor. Split the canvas into zones, drop in a video ad, a live data app, a ticker and a clock — all without touching a line of code.

800+ templates · 147+ live apps · AI layout assistant

  4. Assign, schedule and go live

Assign your playlist or layout to the screen, set your schedule and publish. The content goes live immediately. Add more screens any time — manage one or 150,000 from the same dashboard.

    Day-parting · Priority rules · Proof-of-play logging
