Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the R52 Digital Signage Alliance platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and R52 Digital Signage Alliance.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to display illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, engage in deceptive practices, harass or harm others, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, transmit and display that content as necessary to provide the service. You warrant that you have the right to use all content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Service availability
We aim to provide 99.99% platform uptime as stated in our SLA. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters or force majeure events.
Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow recovery before permanent deletion. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which R52 Digital Signage Alliance is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by applicable law.
